Small businesses need a way to answer common visitor questions using information they already publish on their websites.
The approach
The owner adds a site, reviews the ingested knowledge base, configures the widget and persona, then installs it with a script tag.
Trade-offs
Knowledge-base content needs approval before use, and widget access is bounded by configured domains and message quotas.
